If you’re a real estate professional or rental host in need of photography and/or videography services, I would be very happy to hear from you. I am currently offering a new client special package, which includes:
- At least 20 and up to 40 photos, professionally shot and edited.
- Aerial photos included.
- Photoshop Sky Replacement included, if needed.
- Only 2 days notice required if in the immediate Bennington area (Bennington, Shaftsbury, Pownal, Woodford, Hoosick Falls). At least 3 days notice requested for other towns in the area.
- You will receive the photos via a downloadable zip file within 24 hours, along with an invoice.
- Videography not included, but available at extra cost.
- Current pricing:
- $150 for 2000 square feet or less.
- $225 for 2000-3000 square feet.
- $325 for over 3000 square feet.

I’m a semi-professional photographer and digital artist based in Bennington Vermont. I have been passionate about photography for many years: starting with manual film SLRs in the 1990s (as well as developing my own film), then working professionally with Photoshop as a web developer in the early 2000s, and more recently diving in the deep end of DSLR cameras and HDR photography. I’m very excited to now use my creative and technical skills to serve the real estate professionals and rental hosts here in the Bennington VT area.
